• $250 for up to 8 processed images.
• $350 for up to 16 processed images.
• $450 for up to 24 processed images.
• $550 for up to 32 processed images.
• $650 for up to 40 processed images.

Above rates are for regular or twilight or any combination.  For additional images beyond 40, please call for custom quote.

Professional HGTV style Property Video:

Attract more attention to your listing and set yourself apart from other agents by showcasing your property with an professional high definition HGTV-style video of your property.

• $250 for 1 minute 30 second video featuring property and video intro with agent.
• $300 for 2 minute video featuring property, video intro with agent, and highlights of surrounding areas.
• $50 discount on video service with any photography service shot on same day.

Property Brochure/Flyer Design & Printing:

• $200 for 100 8.5×11 Double-sided Full Color Flyers
• $250 for 200 8.5×11 Double-sided Full Color Flyers
• $300 for 100 11×17 4 page Full Color Brochures
• $350 for 200 11×17 4 page Full Color Brochures

All color Brochures and Flyers feature, custom design with your photo and or company logo, full color on both sides, high quality printing on heavy-weight card stock, UV Coating on both sides.

Property Web Site (added to any photography service):

• $150 for individual property web site.

Copyright to all images produced for Realtor, real estate agent and/or real estate broker (hereafter referred to as Agent) will be held by photographer.  A license is granted to Agent for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property including MLS listings, print or web ads, Agent’s web site, and for the Agent’s self promotion.  The images may also be used by the Agent’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed.  License is not granted to any third party.  Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted by photographer.
